Based on our on-site expertise and customer feedback, there are two main techniques:

Steam cleaning, and it’s divided into two categories:

Steam cleaning without extraction (only steam injection) : not suitable for sofas as it can leave spots and damage the fabric.

Steam injection-extraction : appropriate for eliminating dust mites, but only on a clean sofa.

Water-based cleaning :  also known as water injection-extraction with shampoo use. It’s highly effective for deep cleaning, but certain fabric types might be sensitive to water and get damaged.

In this case, we recommend the water-based injection-extraction technique, with exceptions for certain fabric types. We don’t recommend steam injection-extraction in this situation as it’s suitable for individuals sensitive to dust mites and for clean / spot-free sofas.

Yes, we can treat and eliminate most tough stains and odors, although some stains might be partially removed.

Cat urine odor can be stubborn, but don’t worry, our cleaning experts are well-equipped to handle this situation. We use specific products and deodorizing techniques to completely eliminate cat urine odors. In some cases, the odor might linger temporarily and fade away within a few weeks.
